From the farmland to the forestland

This farmland in Taiwan is at the altitude of 5740 meters. Here you can enjoy mountain sceneries and green grasslands, sheep, and a few mini horses.

The forest below is about 377 ft high and 2200 acres. It actually is a forest research institute, also open to public.

Many trees in this forestland are carefully labeled with brief descriptions.

Adults are practicing Tai Chi before their hiking.

During the weekdays, many retired people take a bus ride to this forest park to hike and enjoy fresh air. A lady gave us some directions and said that she came here by bus almost every day.

Clouds come and go, we keep hiking up and up.

wow, farmland on 5740m, we are impressed. It’s higher than the mountain pastures in Switzerland.
Thanks for showing us your pictures giving us an idea how it looks like there.
