LAPC #225: Wildlife Close to Home

This week, Anne leads “Wildlife Close to Home”, “Stop. Look. Listen. Doing those three things will help you discover the abundance of wildlife you have nearby.” So true.

We get to see beautiful deer in woods especially in the early morning.

It looks like these two squirrelsΒ are playing hide-and-seek. πŸ™‚

And, If I’m lucky, I get to capture an egret by the lake:

Birds are always having fun gathering in our local lake:

Look at who’s got a new hairdo? πŸ™‚

This was the rare time that I captured these many turtles in one photo:

Anne gives us an opportunity to share photos, “From squirrels to birds wildlife is around us. What non-domestic animals live in your neighborhood or nearby?” This is such a fun theme, hope you will join us. Remember to tag your post with Lens-Artists and make a link to Anne’s post.

Many thanks to Sophia’s Exposure theme. Sophia taught us this important photography element together. Thanks for sharing your wonderful photo results.

Next week, our guest host is Jude of Cornwall in Colors. Please visit her beautiful site.

  1. Awesome pictures Amy! But looks like the squirrels are the stars of the show in this week’s photo challenge – at least for me! In all the posts so far that I could manage to visit and which included squirrels, they’ve have been the showstopper πŸ˜€. Even in my post, my favorite is the squirrel!

Thank you for visiting! Love to hear from you...
