This week, our photo challenge theme is Earth Story. The natural world has many stories to tell. They are written on the ground, in the mountains and rivers, and on rocks and trees. Let’s share their stories through our lenses.
I begin the earth story with a mountain view from an airplane window.

Such a beautiful, breathtaking post, Amy! So glad you chose Earth Story as your theme so we could enjoy these photos. My favorite is the one with the people staring into the chasm. Been there. Would love to do it again! Here’s our entry: https://ohtheplaceswesee.com/2022/03/30/earth-story-lens-artists-photo-challenge-192/

Hi Amy, you have some great choices here for earth’s story. The last three are awe-inspiring. The huge tree is magnificent. Here’s my entry for this week. https://alwayswrite.blog/2022/03/30/wqw-12-rain-has-the-edge-or-writers-choice/

We’ve been waiting for rain for weeks…

We have been too. Arizona is mostly desert. We get monsoons in the summer, which helped last year but are not always reliable, I understand. Snow in the winter also helps provide much needed moisture. This year was not nearly as snowy as last year. We just had rain yesterday, but it is not going to make a lasting impression. Thanks for giving us such a wonderful topic. As I go about my week, I will find myself on the lookout for good earth pictures. I just can’t help myself.

I so adore your grand canyon photo. I was impressed with it the first time I saw and I’m still impressed. 😀 😀
Since we both had the topic earth for this week, I combined your challenge with mine.
