Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #145: Getting to Know You

This week, Priscilla, our guest host, leads the “Getting to Know You” theme.

“6 rules to be happy in life: Never hate, Dont worry, Live simply, Expect a little, Give a lot, and Aways smile.” — Buddha

During the pandemic, while dealing with my anxiety, I knew I had to shift to a different lifestyle and seek inner peacefulness. Through my daily yoga and walking, I’m able to focus on staying calm and taking it easy.

“Never stop learning, because life never stops teaching.”

So true. I also enjoy relearning the things I thought I already knew.

“The first rule of kindness is to be kind to yourself.”

In the blogosphere, I’ve learned that it is important not taking yourself too seriously. We are here to share and connect with one another, and have fun.

“Change is never painful. Only resistance to change is painful.”

— Buddha

Thank you for showing us the beauty of “Taking a Flight” last week. Such a fun theme, many thanks to Tina.

Priscilla invits us to share Getting To Know You — “as that theme might pertain to your relationship with a subject you’ve photographed. It could be a Person, a Place, a Culture, an Object…”. Click here to visit Priscilla’s beautiful, inspiring post.

Looking forward to seeing your interpretation. In your post, include a link to Priscilla’s original post and use the Lens-Artists tag so that everyone can find your post in the WP Reader.

Next week, Patti will be hosting Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #146. please be sure to visit her site. Her theme will be “Focusing on the Details”.
