This week, Patti invites us to take “a fresh look at ordinary, everyday objects–things that you see and use in your daily life.”
Hubby and I have taken time to fix our backyard which have been neglected for a while.
Last year, we made several trips. Savoring international food in different part of the world was a joy of travel. Now, we are staying home, I plan and cook our everyday dinner, and hubby has been a wonderfulhelper.
So far our puppy Ernie is doing well. He enjoys daily morning walk and loves to eat. We had learned from my previous experience with Evan, so no table food for Ernie at all. Otherwise, he chews. He has destroyed one of favorite sandals… He is under some serious training.
He loves to sit by me when I’m working on my laptop. “Grandma, what is Google?”. Before I answer it, he falls asleep.
With the convenience of using iPhone/iPad, I don’t use pens/pencils as I used to. Whenever I see something interesting, I just take a screen shot, it so easy.
It’s amazing to have time, weather, compass, calculator, apps, and email/phone notification, etc. packed in one little iWatch. Not to mention, you can track your fitness, e.g. distance, calories, heart rates, etc. Data are transferred to iPhone, then analyzed by hour, day, week, and month. If you prefer, you can let iWatch remind you to breath and stand up, and/or get active throughout the day (62 Exciting Things You Can Do With the Apple Watch.). Crazy!
It is challenging to photograph still life and make it interesting to view. But, Patti knows how. Through her lens, each photo were elegantly presented and tells stories from the past. Take a look. We hope you join us. In your post, include a link to this post and use the “Lens-Artists” tag so it will appear in the WP Reader. For instructions on adding tags, click here.
Ann-Christine will host LAPC #112 on Saturday, August 29th. Stay tuned.
