Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #12 – PATH

This week’s Lens-Artists Photo Challenge is Path.

“There are no wrong turnings. Only paths we had not known we were meant to walk.”

–Guy Gavriel Kay

“We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and

doing new things, because we’re curious…

and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.”

Walt Disney

That curiosity has led us to visit different regions and many countries.

When we are on the road, hubby depends on his compass almost all the time and I always rely on his call, also the Google map when I need it. No matter how careful we are, sometimes we still make wrong turnings. We have learned that “There are no wrong turnings. Only paths we had not known we were meant to walk.” 🙂

This week Tina hosts the path theme. Click here to visit her beautiful path photos and stories.

  1. Good morning, Amy,
I like your quotation “There are no wrong turnings. Only paths we had not known we were meant to walk.” As for the pictures, I like the first and the last most. The first because of it’s composition, especially the line of that path, and the last one because of its mystical atmosphere. It’s fabulous how the sunlight filters through the trees, ad creates that pool of light: perfect shot!
    Have a wonderful day,
    Pit

  2. Lovely paths, Amy. My heart beats extra for the first and the last one. And – ”There are no wrong turnings. Only paths we had not known we were meant to walk.” Thank you for taking us along your paths!

  3. Amy, each photo is absolutely gorgeous, but that last one takes my breath away! You captured the light so exquisitely! I like your quotes very much, too, and think you have a wonderfully curious and adventurous spirit. So nice!
