WPC: Evanescent (dragonfly, weed, and hummingbird)

Krista says, “Evanescent can be any fleeting moment in time.”

Evanescent moments of a beautiful dragonfly, a feathering seed, and a flying hummingbird.

These were fleeting moments in time, but the joy of capturing them in photos lasts forever long.

Here is my favorite post of the week. Take a look!

  1. You did a great job, Amy, of capturing these “fleeting moments”! And thank you ever so much for your link to my blog and the post/videos about “our” fawn!
    Have a wonderful weekend,

  2. This is an interesting theme, and I really enjoyed your photos, Amy. I liked each one very much — the dragonfly is stunning (what a color!) and the dandelion seed is beautifully evanescent, soon to be dancing away.

  5. Over here all dragonflies I saw were green. This one is extremely cute! Fits with your Avatar colour. Excellent capture of the hummingbird. But… #2 is my absolute favourite in this series. Lovely scene well composed, Amy! πŸ™‚

    • Thank you so much, Reinhold for taking time to give me feedback. πŸ™‚ I was happy with the dragonfly and hummingbird images since they are difficult to capture. Very happy you like the #2. πŸ™‚

  6. I’m always amazed that each dragonfly I see is always so different…love the shade of purple on the one you captured. I’m sure the hummingbird photo is equally wonderful but I could never get it to download.

Thank you for visiting! Love to hear from you...
