52 Weeks Photo Challenge: Patterns

Now the 52 Weeks Photo Challenge (The Girl That Dreams Awake) is entering week 9.

I found the patterns of the cast iron gates in London are fascinating. The one on top was captured by the Buckingham Palace and the one below in the Westminster Abby area.

The gate below is just a block away from the Victoria and Albert Museum, you can see the patterns are crafted in beautiful details:

Emilio is showing different patterns through his monster machines, take a look. 🙂

Happy Tuesday!

      • You thought correctly. I’m frustrating Lisa by my slow pace in repainting my main bathroom due to taking my time to assure the prep work and details are all correct (108 year old house) before the paint goes on the walks. The end product will hopefully help her see why it takes time to be a craftsman.

  1. I really admire the beauty in this ornate ironwork, Amy. Such rare craftsmanship! It obviously made a strong impression on you, too, enough so that it came to mind with the prompt “Patterns.” The black and white photos are really strong!

Thank you for visiting! Love to hear from you...
