SoCo is a neighborhood located on South Congress Avenue of Austin, Texas. It is known shopping and cultural district famous for its many small retailers, local restaurants, and music/art venues:

The area is void of chain stores, and it’s full of locally owned shop bars and restaurants. For locals, this is where people are trying the most to “Keep Austin Weird.”
