As usual, I cropped the photo, then did the basic edits through the Lightroom, also used the graduated filter to enhance the clouds:
I then moved the photo to the Silver Efex Pro 2 and selected soft Sepia, then back to LR again. Here I made a few small edits and added light vignette. I went back and forth a couple times between the Efex and LR. Here is the final version:
