  1. Such beautiful flowers and I do love the one with the busy bee in the first shot. So stunning! Amazing photos as always Amy. Thanks for sharing. ♥

  2. Superb detailed macros dear Amy!Fascinating flowers and very rich in colour!Loved them all but I think the “overbusy” bumblebee and I have the same tastes!Such elegant and sweet flowers with bright blue petals 🙂 ❤
PS:Nalinki's post is beautiful too,I especially liked the Bird of Paradise!

  3. These are very beautiful flowers, Amy. Love the first one – it is so crisp and sharp. For a moment I thought the bee was part of the flower 😀 Such stunning bokeh too. Love your work as always ❤

        • Thank you for thought of me. I have been able to capture wild birds, they are raising of their ‘kids” now, soon they will be preparing for migration. that may be a good time to capture flying birds in photos. Birds are not so free as we think they are.

          • Ooooh, that sounds exciting. I can’t wait to see the photos in due time. I’m thinking you might have captured their attempts to fly…hopefully all is good with the little ones.

When I looked back at my bird photos, I honestly thought they were no where as good as yours 😀 Which is just as well since I’ve been spending lots of time trying long exposures 😀

            • I’ll try… since I can only devote one weekend morning to search them. I sometime set between 1/1000 and 1/2000 by the nature lake to capture. I never know how fast they fly and when they’ll take on, depending on luck basically. 😀
