Cee’s Flower Of The Day

Texas has wonderful programs to promote and preserve wildflowers throughout the state. Thanks to the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center for their never-ending effort of conserving, restoring, and creating healthy and beautiful landscapes enabling us to enjoy the beauty of nature through highways, country roads, trails, and parks.

Pit’s backyard is like a nature park. It’s so beautiful, Bambis show up there often. Take a look of these joyful photos, click HERE. Thank you, Pit! 🙂

Thank you for visiting! Happy Friday 🙂

  1. Good morning, Amy,
two great captures. 🙂 I like the first one most, btw, with its dew drops on the petals. As to Lady Bird: it can never appreciated enough what this great woman did for Texas and its wildflowers.
    Have a great day,

  2. I love flowers with drops of water/rain on them. I’ve read about Lady Bird’s project and when I went to Texas I was looking forward to seeing the blue bonnets but I guess it was out of season.

    • So glad to hear that you read about Lady Bird. Blue Bonnets’ peak time is only two weeks. During that time you can see a sea of beautiful blue Bonnets, especially this year. 🙂

    • “Renew and Refresh”, I Love it!! I capture the rain drops right after the light rain in the morning. 🙂 Thank you for your comment. 🙂 oxo

  3. Your flower photos as just wonderful Amy, good position and interest.. I love those drops of water on the first one and the interesting centre of the yellow flower. Great going 🙂

Thank you for visiting! Love to hear from you...
