Converge (Madrid Street)

Many pedestrian streets in Madrid are covered with sun shades. These well-designed shades help cool down the hot temperature in the summer.  I posted two other photos for the Street Shades in Madrid back in June, which was much more colorful.

Through massive urban-improvement projects, Madrid has developed beautiful pedestrianized streets and parks. The city also provides wonderful commuter and Metro lines.

By 1561 Spain ruled the world’s most powerful empire, and King Philip II moved his capital Toledo to Madrid. It then was transformed into a European capital.

  1. well I remember that June post! and I like the brown tan and gold feel to these shots – and looks their urbane development project was brilliant – nice take on the wpc 🙂

  2. We definitely need something like those sun shades for the Las Vegas Strip. During the summer, with the proximity of traffic and the heat coming up from the pavement, temperatures can easily reach around 120 during the day! Love the architecture you show, too.

  3. “Spain ruled the world’s most powerful empire,”…and some keep this feeling very calm.
The CEO of Real Madrid, he likes all unionists to be placed on the wall.
On the other hand: Rayo Vallecano de Madrid S.A.D.
Paying for a 85-year-old Spaniard, whose apartment was evicted because of a loan, 🙂
    I don’t like Royals.

The sun shades are pretty, but when the house is too hot….sleep outdoor! Exhaust of cars under shades…..

Thank you for visiting! Love to hear from you...
