Chihuly Glass

I used to think that it was the glass that was so mysterious, and then

I discovered that it was the air that went into it that was so miraculous.

~ Dale Chihuly

Both pieces were made by Chihuly.  The second photo is a recycled photo.  Photo 101 : Glass…

May skip the next few Photo 101 themes since we will be traveling. 🙂

Thank you for Visiting.  Happy Thanksgiving!

      • Amy, I am calling what happened a Miracle. Now I see barely any snow, and it is like … a Dream. I am with hubs, sitting in our truck, waiting for him at a Toyota dealer. From there I am going to some local waters to get pics. Yes I do have my Canon with me but it is raining off and on. Just in case, I have my iPad. I’ve missed you,
Ame. So good to be talking to you again. Love, Amy

    • Excuse me, only the second one was posted before! You go 50% right this time, Heheh… Only one snap each 🙂
Thank you, Rommel. I really, really like your recent post. Have to go back to take another look.

    • Hi Mary, I apologize for the late response. I don’t know how I missed your comment. Can’t believe 4-day Thanksgiving is over… Thank you for visiting. 🙂

  1. Your photos are so spectacular…I love glass as a medium; Chihuly has his museum in Tacoma and he has a major exhibit in Seattle. There are multiple well known schools (3 accessible by bus, and 1 more within driving distance) here where they will teach you; even better the supplies and resources to support this addiction are readily available.

    • I appreciate so much of your comment. I visited Seattle a couple of time in the past, but did make it to his museum… How nice to know there are schools that you can go to learn. 🙂 Happy Thanksgiving, Charlie.

Thank you for visiting! Love to hear from you...
