  1. well the bee photo grabbed me first – but then the second photo – well the color delight in the duck photo was a visual treat. actually – I kept looking at this one – and there is so much going on – because then I noticed all that texture! then the layered composition – the foreground, middle-gorund and back ground – which then leads you to the rock – the hard element up against the greens – and the lively birds amidst it all – and the mood is rather playful – or maybe it is just the bog webbed food that the bird on the left seems like it needs to grown into – and there is likely stuff I am missing – like the line element – but such a pleasantly packed photo. truly a gem! 🙂 ~y.

    • Appreciate so much you taking time to view and comment, Yvette! Your beautiful descriptions made the humble photo very special. I’m so flattered.

      • well thanks for saying that – and sometimes I know it may be a bit too much – but “I am what I am” and actually, this is why i take the time to try and get to other blogs – because I am the better because of it – so much to soak up….
have a great weekend – and thanks for making time to visit my blog too – I appreciate it. ❤

        • It takes keen observations, and I admire you! Hope I’ll be able to learn a little bit a time from your blog. Enjoy the weekend, Yvette . ❤

  4. Beautiful shots Amy! I LOVE the first one of the gorgeous yellow flower. Our spring is so far behind this year. I’ve lived in the Midwest my whole life and have never had such a long winter/spring. Oh well. Hopefully we will get a gorgeous summer and fall to make up for it! 🙂
