Colleen Pinski captures a person framed by the annular solar eclipse, watching as the sun sets. “I feel it can inspire so many people around the world, no matter what race, religion or gender,” Pinski says.  “Anyone can look at it and feel touched by a ‘beyond this world’ experience.”

    • 🙂 Thank you for stopping by! I felt privileged to borrow Colleen Pinski’s award winning photo, also felt obliged to squeeze one of my photos since it was a photo challenge 🙂

  1. Okay, I’ll finish the earlier thought…or hope I can before it posts!
Truly, these to pictures are the word equivalent of the brilliant lines of a Haiku with the startling phrase from a story.
    I hope that makes sense.

  2. Breathtaking!! Both of them, Amy – you’re my hero! Did you take the cruise from Vancouver? For how long? Would you do it again? I ply with the thought of visiting Vancouver and take a cruise to Alaska from there. When would be the best time do you think?
