      Your comment made me very Happy! The bed of wildflowers stretches for miles along the highways and roads. If we get enough rain this spring, it should come back again and again.

      Thank you, Jone! If you want to do gallery, 1. click “add media” (as you always do), click “create gallery” on the left hand side of the page, 2. upload and select photos (center part of the page), 3. then click “create a gallery” right hand side, bottom, 4. then look for the default on the right side and select either slideshow, tile, or circle. 5. click insert gallery at the bottom. Done!

      • I don’t know them at all, Amy. The most similar thing I can think of is bluebells, but bluebonnets look bigger – but after all, it IS Texas, so I would expect that!!

        The color is very much like the bluebells. Bluebooniet is the state flower of TX.

  11. These are all beautiful and exciting. I may not see the images in Europe for a long time but I will have the chance to see the Hill country this Spring. Always my dream to capture the Blue bonnets on camera. Happy New Year!
